The naysayers are actually a good form of comedy as it's funny to me to read their nonsense. Guess I'm a "bad guy" for laughing at these wife-beater wearing turds who "try" (until I show up! Grrr!), to take up MY squat rack in order to do their 4-5 rep 135lb bicep curls. I show up, and do 20-30 reps with that weight, then leave after 45mins. LOL!
