Woke up hungry. Ate, couldn't get back to sleep. Anyhow, good clip on a weekly grocery run. And no, this isn't actually all of it, but would be considered staples. Is obviously a cutting phase: https://m.youtube.com/results?q=bodybuilding grocery shopping&sm=1
If the link doesn't work, it's Dusty Hanshaw Costco run 2010.
I have World-class trails outside my door (Tahoe Rim, etc). My metcon is hiking, lap-swimming, bouldering and thrusters. I was a cyclist in my twenties and my VO2Max was in the mid 70s.
I shouldn't have brought up the DNP. For one, I've never used it. Second, I'll never use it. Lol! I really can't believe some guys out here these days using what I'd consider to be poison in order to get where they could have gotten with D&E.
It's good that you did so ppl don't consider it. Acute renal failure, dialysis and death are no fun.
Hey LEAP, I for one appreciate the recipes. I don't like the word "diet" either but as I mentioned previously, I did tweak mine after I saw a few of your basic easy recipes and I've noticed a difference. Workout hard, then get the hell out of the gym. A little planning with your meals and your ahead of most.
