I hope we can still talk weightlifting and keep it civil even though I am a DBP follower.

Nobody has mentioned DBP... oh snap.
DB had a thread in which he made some outrageous claims and then had it deleted. He's a serial blowup artist (I know a friend of his). Please don't infect this thread with that scammer's BS. Otherwise, you're entirely welcome here. I certainly don't want/need to discuss that moron.
No worries - not looking to derail anything.
(Titrating up) Bowel tolerance. None of these doses will be any problem for any child -> adult.
- No sides. Metabolically, you may notice a 1-3/10ths of a degree increase in temp.

The remainder are ubiquitous and available anywhere. Search iherb for the D3, multivitamin, etc. I use Genotropin and Increlex (GH and IGF, respectively)
Regarding iherb. They are located in NorCal and are geographically efficient for me. I get everything in a day. The discounts are great once your order exceeds $90. They are essentially the Amazon of supplements. I have no affiliation other than spending North of $5k/year there.

Thanks for the supplement links. I looked for some you listed in various forms (particularly the CoQ powder) and I don't think I came across iherb. They have a new customer now. Funny how my training and diet is suddenly coming together again due to a confluence of factors. I never quit training but was in kind of a rut. I recently set up a new home training area to supplement the gym I go to, got some recipe ideas from LEAPup in an earlier thread and now this one. Been at this for a long time but I'm always open to new ideas - you have to be if you want to progress.
