What? Everybody knows the banks are profitable now! Ok, so they aren't marking-to-market and their books are a bit like Enron - but that's no reason not to believe them....

A bartender asked me "If the Fed is giving big banks low-cost funds, and the banks have the most powerful lobby in D.C., how is the Fed not contributing to the buying of the political system?"

I said - don't know, but I'll have another beer.

I mean, really??

"That's the bank, that's the bank that took my parent's house. Arrest me, I'm not gonna let it happen!"

The bank took the house because they borrowed $500k on a shack that was worth $200k, so they could put their deadbeat son through law school. Now they gotta post bail to get him outta jail, add another IOU to the pile.

The cops didn't even want to arrest him, they were just trying to keep him from getting hit by a bus. These "Occupiers" need to get their sh!t together, because the "whole world is watching" them make fools of themselves.

Here is whats going to happen...this is the last few weeks of truly good weather on the east coast. After this week, then it gets colder and will start to rain. Its difficult to hold a protest in cold weather with rain especially when there is limited access to bathrooms.
