Objections to SCT

Now, Joe, if you have quite got that out of your system, I have some coding jobs for you to do. Be quiet like a good boy and go complicate my trading system some more. Oh, and take all that pseudo-SCT shit out of it. Clearly doesn't work.

So, we should disregard his writings?

With respect to your trading, I don't care what you do. Whether you find value (or not) in what Jack has posted isn't my concern.

Quote from doli:

Are they are worthless in your opinion?

Obviously not.

Quote from Joe Doaks:

Spydertrader, sentiments do not rule the markets, market makers do. Price goes exactly where the fuck they want it to go when they want it to go there. Market order traders are just meat.

And sentiment rules the market makers.

So, we must meet the man. See him "through a glass darkly, face to face," as it were?

As a complete ousider in this matter, standing aside as it were, if never too far, I would wish to offer a brief retrospective on these goings-on.

The true-blood Southerner is never found very far from sedition. So I must wonder now how many of the present class of accolytes was peeking here. And how many will now sneak looks at one minute charts, exclaiming "Oh, my Hershey, look at what goes on INSIDE a five minute bar! There be friggin' in the riggin'!" And how many will surreptitiously draw their channels from the right side first, making provisional left sides therefrom. And which bad boys and girls will be reading up on intraday support and resistance and drawing faint lines only they can see, wondering WHY strong runs end in seemingly empty space. Poor Spydertrader will be rapping knuckles right and left: "Behave yourself and recite one hundred Hail Hersheys!"

Quote from Spydertrader:

Jack posts in such a fashion to filter out individuals who by their very nature expect things to be handed to them. Unfortunately, posting in such a fashion runs the risk of 'filtering out' (at least initially) many unintended individuals (myself included).

I see. So making fairly absurd performance claims, ridiculing all those who do not adhere to his approach, and engaging in verbal cabbage is used to filter out the undesirables? How very interesting. Admittedly, it is probably not the way I would have gone about it, but then I am not a visionary. Whatever the case may be, it certainly captured the vivid imagination of Mr. Harold Balls and Mr. Cocaine, who are both loyal subjects and who presumably fit the profile of the candidates Jack is looking for.

How can you remain an "Outsider" when no matter which Sock Puppet you choose, its still Hypostomus at the keyboard?

I really enjoy your attempts at painting the study of ES trading onto a canvas of a cult or a religion. Simply hilarious. Unfortunately, your desire to sidetrack others continues without end. Such an effort does beg the question. Spelling error aside, why such energy expended on efforts to fein mental acuity?

Quote from Spydertrader:

I find myself wondering why someone who purports to possess such a high degree of intellect chose to intentionally use incorrect logic in their proofs. Clearly, someone with such coding prowess (matched only by their ability to manufacture sock puppets) could not have accidently used flawed logic in their presumptions. Such behavior begs the question, do you fein mental acuity in a failed attempt to impress, or do you intentionally mislead?

Spydertrader, it is not polite to make fun of the mentally challenged. I no more controlled what Joe wrote than I could stop him from posting. Have a little pity. I am trying to trade, and that maniac periodically brings up the ET window to post! I am not making a jest when I tell you there are many people inside my head. One of them says: "This Hershey stuff is cool!" Another chimes in: "You fucking idiot, it's a sheep in wolf's clothing!" Another says: "I dunno! Gimme that mouse! I'm gonna code it fucking up!". Yet another: "Gentlemen! Please! I'm in a trade here, if you don't mind!" And: "Will you all shut the fuck UP? You're going to make me start drinking again!" Then: "Hey! This chart says it's the 20th! That's when our favorite porno site updates!"

Trading is easy? For you, maybe.

I don't recall saying those the words you appear to have attributed to me. In an effort to refresh my memory, could you kindly link to where I did? Also, since I must have missed it, could you link to where you asked me about Jack belittling others and making outlandish claims? I seem to have missed that too, and wouldn't want to once again misinterpret another accidental poorly chosen word.

Oh look it's Jack's cabana boy

That's it? Cabana Boy? Surely you can conjure up a better insult than this? Come now, dazzle us with your literary license .....

What's this your eighth or ninth alias now?
