Court has kicked it back into the political arena (not that it was ever really out of it). I don't think this game is over yet. Never the less, congrats to the left for now.

Just shows you never know who's on your side on some issues. I wonder how many ET members here considered Roberts an extremist/racist prior to today's reading. Any confessions? No?

Not a racist, nor even an extremist really ( extreme defined by CDT, Piel, 377 and Luke if you want ET examples), but I did expect him to side with Scalia and Thomas. I will confess that.
