I am a democrat on this forum btw. Don't confuse me with far right nutcases.

Taken from politico regarding medicaid expansion. What you dont understand is that the law may be declared consitutional but its actual implementation will be decapitated. The ruling did the following:

1. Sought to preserve the Court's reputation as an impartial institution (LOL)
2. Rejected the reasoning of commerce clause as justification
3. Substituted it as a TAX which is not good for an election year issue
4. Gutted the actual implementation of it.

First Obama spends the next generations tax receipts for the next 30 years and gives it to the baby boomers.

Now he makes the young buy health insurance they never use to pay for the baby boomers.
