Obamacare To Increase Individual-Market Premiums By Average Of 41%

Quote from fhl:

Supposedly the only way the feds can collect the penalty is to take it out of a tax refund. It's going to be very interesting to see if the gov't just blatantly disobeys the law and tries to collect in some other way or if congress decides to 'fix' this flaw in the law and the rino's help the democrats do it while pretending that they tried to stop it.

The Obongo regime break the law? Surely you're not serious.

…Obamacare represents the crisis of big government; the limits of administrative government have finally been breached...

The limits of maximum taxation and regulation on the private sector have been exceeded too. According to an amateur historian that I know the maximum tax rate that an economy can sustain is about 50%. We were hovering in the 45% area [combined budgets of the entire public sector vs the GNP] for a long time but now, forgetaboutit. Obama spending and the increased insurance costs combined with revenue reductions have put us way over the limit. I'm of the mindset that the economy will be over with even if Obamacare is tossed out. It won't recover for decades because we will have an Argentine style government most likely.

Haven't you heard? Your buddy Obama has legalized kickbacks fraud and bribery in the health care industry.

Posted yesterday:

The Obama administration exempted the federal exchanges and subsidies in ObamaCare from federal health laws against kickbacks, fraud, and bribery, the New York Times reported last week. CNN has ignored this story, however.

The Times stated: "The surprise decision, disclosed last week, exempts subsidized health insurance from a law that bans rebates, kickbacks, bribes and certain other financial arrangements in federal health programs." Commentary magazine noted that "it encourages precisely the kickback schemes this statute was put in place to prevent."

And of course the tea baggers tried to pass a specific change in the law to correct this, naw just kidding that would involve actually trying to do their job and make things better.

I doubt it. The hard left is not know for retreating. They would rather risk losing control of the Senate than admit this was a bad idea.

The real question is will Ted Cruz make another try at defunding Obamacare? The temporary budget and debt ceiling agreements expire soon. The rinos convinced themselves trying to stop obamacare was a dreadful idea, but the wind has shifted dramatically.

If Ted Cruz gives up, IMO that will be devastating. Yes, I believe one man can do enough damage to the Onazi "care" gears to stop the nightmare. Let's pray he gets back in the ring and keeps jabbing.

So The Obama administration exempted the federal exchanges and subsidies in ObamaCare from federal health laws against kickbacks, fraud, and bribery and you blame the tea party? Which isn't even in control of any aspect of Obamacare.
