Why in the world would Obama ever want to fudge the numbers on how many people have signed up for Obamacare? Well, that would be because the numbers are embarrassingly small. So, instead of using the âtraditionalâ method of, you know, counting how many people have actually enrolled in health insurance plans through the Obamacare exchange, the White House is planning to include people who merely created an account and shopped on the exchange website.

Prediction: even if HealthCare.gov is fixed by the end of the month (unlikely), Obamacare is going to be repealed well in advance of next yearâs election. And if the website continues to fail, the push for repealâfrom endangered Democratsâwill occur very rapidly. So how many people have signed up for Obamacare? Eh, about 40,000. If, uh, by "signed up" you mean they have a health plan in their shopping cart but haven't finished buying it yet. Hey, by that measure I scored with six women last night.

I doubt it. The hard left is not know for retreating. They would rather risk losing control of the Senate than admit this was a bad idea.
The real question is will Ted Cruz make another try at defunding Obamacare? The temporary budget and debt ceiling agreements expire soon. The rinos convinced themselves trying to stop obamacare was a dreadful idea, but the wind has shifted dramatically.
I hope I am wrong... but this is what comes to my mind...
I mean here we are on our favorite surface serving for the match up 2 breaks against the number one seed in the quarter finals yet... I am not even sure we will get out of this round with a win...
I suspect McCain and McConnell and Boehner will find a way to have us lose and make the Dems look good. It may not even be a loss for the dems. Anticipate McCain going on TV and acting like a statesmen as he sells out tax payers and slams the teaparty.
I anticipate the press getting to play this up as a terrible defeat for the teaparty.... a victory for the establishment and a hold for the dems in the senate.
I have a strange strong confidence the establishment leadership is meeting with their donors and reid and pelosi and figuring out a way to stage another loss for the Rs and blame the teaparty.
These Rs have managed to screw the tax payers so many times its now to be expected.
Snatching defeat from victory in the name of a few million to their personal leadership campaign accounts.
The financial future of this country is in the hands of the tea party... they better put educated fiscal conservatives up who wont say stupid things in public.
