Quote from Maverick74:
You cannot tell me with a straight face that you are not a big government liberal and support universal health care, which will end up being the largest entitlement program in the history of this country. You cannot do that with a straight face. Liberals always argue the "victim angle" as to why we need government to solve all our problems including health-care. No where in the constitution does it say Americans are entitled to free health care.
Are you even reading what you post? Seriously man? Go back and read your posts again. The entire premise of Keynesian policies is that the government will spend us out of economic downturns. We don't need Keynesian policies during the good times, they only get pushed during the bad.
Nice job naming those democrats fighting hard to take the corporate interests out of Washington. LOL. You crack me up. You say that in the same breath as Obama raising the most money in history from banks and hedge funds. Honestly, you need to do a little more research before you come on this forum after a 2 year hiatus from posting.
So...you completely disregard the fact that I say no to reckless government spending on defense, reckless oil and farm subsidies. Or how about propping up Israel??? Where is your conservatism on that?
And by the way...still waiting on real world data bro? and what's your response to the conservative supreme court justices declaring that a corporation has the same rights as a human? or about Citizens United v. FEC? No response???
