It's the con artist mindset actually. When caught, spin it as victimization of yourself, not the actual victim. I saw one psychopath AmeriBitch [happens to be Black] start a fight with a woman, then the vic's boyfriend came on the scene and suddenly the psycho was the tearful victim. It worked, the guy bought into it 100%... Had she been arrested she would have put the whole police force and court system on trial everytime her lips were moving. This particular woman gets away with crimes on a daily basis, prostitution, assault, threats, theft... she's the teflon AmeriBitch I swear. No arrests in two years that I know of and nonstop crime. It's the same with Obama really.
Successful crimes are usually very simple. One example
romise somebody you will sell them stolen goods on the cheap, get them to show up with cash, shoot them and take the cash. They won't tell people anything about what they are doing because it's illegal. You lose the murder weapon immediately and shop for a new one.. Rinse and repeat forever. With Obama it's promise them everything, get complete control over their health records, give them nothing. When caught in lies play the victim, string them along some more, etc..
