Obama's intent is to lower the budgetary of Medicare by $716 billion by controlling cost increases, waste, and fraud. A good enough goal that Ryan also included it in his plan, though to be fair Ryan intends to use the money that would have been spent there to cover the deficit projected by his tax cuts for the black tie and ball gown set.
Obama is the sleaziest piece of shit to ever make it into the whitehouse.

Every time we hear Obama say something that we believe is true, bump the truth counter. Doesn't matter if it's the same thing over and over! Three times last week Obama said the sun was going to rise in the east, there you go he told the truth three times. Sounds like a great scientific poll to me.

The fact is that Obama took 716 billion out of medicare to pay for Obamacare, THATS AN INDISPUTABLE FACT. They can sugar coat it any way that they want by saying "We are elminating waste fraud and abuse" but the statement is true, and benefits will go down as a result, cause doctos arent just going to bite that bullet.
Do you think that if the roles were reversed a republican came in and chopped medicare in half and used it to pay for tax cuts saying "all we are doing is eliminate waste fraud and abuse."

Here is an even more accurate statement from Romney where he simply says "Dems took 716 billion out of medicare to pay for obamacare" This statement is 100% ACCURATE on Romney's part. He didnt even use the word "robbed" and they somehow come to the conclusion that the statement is only half true. Politifact is a joke.
