That's it. The border has to be shut down. If ISIS or Al Queda sneaks one in and nukes a city or two, it's all over. Hello dictatorship. Save that, the political demographics are at a tipping point. Deporting illegals puts the map squarely back in our favor.

Yup. Probably not. And will say a LOT about the future of America, our rule of law and individual freedoms.
Some context is required here. Obama no doubt meant that considering his administration is riddled with security leaks, and that Hillary's top aide is the daughter of muslim brotherhood radicals, that her use of a private server wide open to penetration by high school hackers did not materially increase the national security threat. IOW it doesn't help to lock the windows if the front door is wide open.
I do not believe that Hillary Clinton will be prosecuted for storing classified information on her private email server. In fact if any criminal prosecution occurs Hillary has already set up her aide, Huma Mahmood Abedin, as the fall person. Huma will probably be happy to do a couple years in prison for a few million funneled from the Clinton foundation under the table.
However any prosecution for information security statues is very unlikely. The law is unclear in this area and the probability of a successful prosecution is unlikely - which means law enforcement and prosecutors will probably not bring on a case.
However if any of the emails show that Hillary Clinton was involved in trading favors from her office to foreign officials for donations to the Clinton foundation then it is far more likely a successful prosecution can occur since the law is better defined in this area.

Good point, I have already expressed belief that the Clintons have a fall person. On Friday Obama's spokesperson said he did not think she was the target of the investigation. That tells you everything you need to know. I wonder what Obama got in return, because he aint doing it for free.
