1. so Obama knew she was using that Clinton email address and not the official govt address she should have been using.

2. Which would also explain why the white is saying no prosecution is happening.. (my paraphrase)...

3. Which now means an completely independent prosecutor must review the referral from the FBI.

4. It must be done this week.

Asked during an interview with “60 Minutes” reporter Steve Kroft whether he knew that Clinton used a private server, Obama said that he did not. The White House has previously acknowledged that Obama exchanged some emails with Clinton on her personal email account but said that he did not know the extent of her home-brew system.

“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Obama said, adding that “I think that it was a mistake that she has acknowledged.”

Spot on. That Obama knew Hillary used an insecure email address, they are both guilty making the White House incapable of investigating itself.

America is in its demise mostly because voters haven't held politicos to their oath of defending the Constitution and upholding rule of law. Politicos have been allowed to do just about anything they've wanted without push back from the people. And so went the Republic, sadly.

For the 1st 100 years of the Republic, America was being the America the genius Founders envisioned. Then about the time of T. Roosevelt, the Progressives started getting their greedy, power hungry hooks into the populace... mostly by seducing the sheeple with "freebies". NOW look where we are! We've become what the Founders tried to prevent... and tried to secure our future with the US Constitution. Maybe what GWB whined actually is true. The Constitution is "just a piece of paper".

Yes. I agree. But I still think there's hope. Trump cleans up the border, the illegals, ISIS, and puts America back to work. Then we throw him out and put in a Constitutional conservative that dismantles the NSA, drug prohibition, DHS, and lets Banks fail. Rome wasn't built in a day. Gotta start somewhere.
