Just exactly what does that entail and why so much ammo? That's 5 bullets for every American or 150 bullets for every illegal alien here and over 50 armored vehicles per state or about 150 vehicles per border state. That seems like a lot for security from terrorists. No?

It seems like something is going on that shouldn't be. Like that armed civilian force Obama talked about. That would be an unconstitutional force.
