Obama Birth Certificate Issue Goes to Hawaii Supreme Court

From Kenya we are told that all documents concerning Obama are under seal until after the election, so it cannot be investigated if there is a birth certificate with Obama's name on it. So why would the Kenyan government do this?

And now the governor of Hawaii has placed Obama's orginal vault certificate of live birth under seal so that even family members cannot see it. It is my understanding that many states allow anyone to see others' birth certificates, but Hawaii does not in order to prevent identity theft. (Makes sense to me.) But then again who is going to steal Barack Obama's identity?

For someone who promises open government Obama certainly is not getting off on the right foot. Actually his secrecy is quite astounding. We can't see any of his student writings. We can't see any of his student grades. We can't see any of his legal cases. We can't see any of his legislative records as a state senator. We can't see his medical records. His Anneberg Challenge records were sanitized prior to public release. The media claims it is racist to investigate his past associations with terrorists, radicals, Chicago machine politicians and henchmen, and America haters.

We're just supposed to accept this guy at his word? I don't think so... :mad:

If this guy told me the sky is blue, I'd go outside to check...

Another Lawsuit Filed Over Obama's Citizenship

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported Sunday that an Ohio man is suing to find out whether Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama was born in Hawaii or in his father's native Kenya.

David Neal of Turtlecreek Township, Ohio, filed his lawsuit Friday in Warren Common Pleas Court, the newspaper said.

Neal is seeking to have state and federal officials settle questions over Obama's ability to be president since the US Constitution requires presidents to be, among other criteria, natural-born citizens.

"Mr. Obama has failed to demonstrate that he is a 'natural-born' citizen," Neal said.

Much of the wording in Neal's suit mirrors language in a similar challenge filed by Pennsylvania attorney Philip Berg. That lawsuit was rejected Friday by US District Judge Richard Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,

Berg said he intends to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
