They don't didnt shoot cause they checked DNA and found out shes 1/32 th black so she had no prior of being white cause she was part black the entire time. This is only in California and New York where you can get DNA color status on your driver license . Unless you are caught driving with a suspended color status.

Title didn't say she was being charged for the accusation,it said the women who made the accusation was being charged,same as NY post title
