Hypostomus,

with all the noise on the intraday chart since the end of June, I have had problems finding any intraday channels that made any sense - other than a fairly clean regression channel starting 7/5 which was violated on the open today and is sitting at 1496 right now - what channel are you looking at?

To clarify - I am looking at day-session only charts.
 
Eusdaiki, a cause de my inexorably creeping decrepitude (creping decreepitude?), I think I am missing something. Are you in training at a prop shop?

Do you NQ traders have any thoughts on this for the NQ? We might ask Jack perhaps. I would be surprised if he hadn't already treated the subject someplace.

Scott, I do all his charting for him. Hypo is just a fish! In exchange for eating all the shit at the bottom of my aquarium, I occasionally let him post an opinion here. He sketched out in the slime on the tank wall a channel tighter than a tetra's pussy from 2:31 to 3:07 ET in one minute.

Yes, NN, I saw that and barely restrained myself from making a snotty riposte. In keeping with my new policy of not unburdening ET of it's stupidity, I let it pass. Like gas. Katz and McCormick tested that and concluded, if I remember correctly, that there is something there, but that the expectancy was negative after the spread, slippage, and commission. A very queer result, I thought, but hey, I've believed some strange things in my long life. Like Jack.
 
Mudgins here, to clean things up. Shame to have such a good thread ruined by vulgar profanity. I am fully in tune with ET's tender sensibilities, and will keep the discourse civilized. Nothing lost re NQ acumen, however, I trade it every day, and quite well, if I do say so myself.

Did you notice the cleanup volume at 3:59ET? 6571 contracts, quite extraordinary, if I recall correctly.

Also a busy day for channel drawers. I myself drew eleven, most of them with surprisingly similar slopes. Were I susceptible to paranoia, I might think that such things were predetermined.

Anyway, I trust that you will like the new management better. Just remember to behave yourselves, and please, no multiple aliases! Also, please be so kind as to observe the five thread rules listed in the inital post. To that I add a sixth, "No profanity in English, foreign languages OK". We'll amend that rule if it proves to be too indulgent for the children here. Zut, alors!
