Good job taking the short - I had my finger on the trigger around 1500-1501, but didn't like the way it kept bouncing back to retest the TL.
 
I'm sure everybody notices, but good moves have tended to occur near the half-hour, and shortly after extremely low volume on the one-minute. So generally I have been kicking back until that occurs.
 
What a fucking day! The estimator I use for volume never fell below 550/minute. Unprecendented! And the bear flags this afternoon practically growled at you.
 
Yeah, Lamont, ET runs the full gamut from total party animals to tight-assed punctilious types. The there are those in between who are punk-tilious. I want to bitch-slap both ends of the spectrum. But at least when the whole board is mouthing off you know the quality of people you are trading against. No wonder pro's laugh at us!
 
I see a channel bottom on the daily chart around 1488 - off the 7/5 and 7/10 lows, going down ~13 points a day.

Buying 1475 tomorrow might be a nice place to get in front of a profit-taking Friday rally.
 
Mr. "In Line", being a literary type yourself, I am sure you recall that in a former life I was condemned to death by the Athenian state for allegedly "corrupting the morals of the youth" (a complete fabrication, I assure you). It occurs to me that the thread may be too busy making money fist-over-hand to tutor young Eusdaiki (a curiously Greek sounding name, doncha think?), and it would be my distinct pleasure to mentor him (the stories they tell about Mentor are untrue, as well). There are many other classical figures membered (is that the right word?) here whom I am sure would be pleased to assist me.
