you really think IB would send a wire w/o a name and account number? give me a break.
crazy_trader: did I ever say all the wires were exactly the same? i did say this was more to this xfer than meets the eye (and that is in no means meant to imply that anything shady took place, just that this was not a typical transaction).

) I've explained the details and i'm certainly not drawing the same conclusion you have. but then again, that's no surprise. TZ, saw the letter that you posted by the bank but it contradicts the information I've been provided. I'm told that the remaining funds you are seeking are at your credit union. please give them a call. they need to properly reject and return the wire. If you do that and they still insist otherwise, send me a PM and I'll try to follow up again. Outside of that, there is nothing more I can add to this thread.
