Support says that some orders that showed up in the trademanager were not actually executed at the CME due to the Tcache file showing orders that were not actually placed. This seems to be due to a disconnect between the Tcache stored on our local PC's and the trade server. Also, they say there was a communication problem between the trade servers and CME. So it may be that some people think they had trades that they didn't have. It is also likely that some people were in trades and couldn't get out or cancel because of the communication break to the trade servers.
It will probably take reconciliation with RJO Futures to figure out what trades were real and what were not. I hope everyone can get whole and I hope TS gets the message that stonewalling, denial of problems and silence are hallmarks of a company that is out of touch with its customers and will eventually fail. The competition has heard plenty about these problems are more than ready to welcome TS customers in droves. I would like to see TS survive and prosper, but they need to develop a culture of customer satisfaction in order for that to happen.
