Not really, unless you define threat as a leftist would. In todays world simply asking a question, having a differing opinion and dare to speak it out loud are considered threats, so it's not surprising that so called hate crimes are up. The actual number of dead will however tell the real story of what a deadly threat level really is.

Okay, lets take the body count of home grown terrorists for say the last 30 years, and I'm talking about actual terrorists like McVeigh, not the Adam Lanza mass shooter types who certainly terrorize, but do not at all fall into the right wing extremist category. How many victims are there from actual attacks? Count the big ones, count the mostly one-zee two-zee types, count'em all.
Now lets take all the inner city gangbanger victims coast to coast for the year 2018. 30 years of home grown right wing terrorist victims, and one calendar year of gang victims. Then tell me where the bigger threat is. I rest my case. Oh, and you can go tell the heavily politicked intel agencies to take a hike. They have lost all credibility.
We value having a country more highly than swings in the GDP. The Japanese are surviving a similar demographic slowdown just fine. So will we. The reason democrats want mass immigration is obvious. To turn the entire country into California, land of one party rule. Immigration changed California from red to the bluest of blues almost overnight. Texas and Florida are close and, because of Trump's incompetency, probably already lost.

They're not trying to protect your eyes from something horrifying. They saw how easy he got in and out. The whole thing looked like a video game and it definitely might embolden people to do this with how detached the whole thing felt being done from a POV and all.
Most important thing I got from that video was, if you're ever in that situation, don't just curl into a ball in the corner like nearly every single one of them did. Break a window to get out. Trying to hide under people that were already shot doesn't work like it does in the movies.
