Obamacare is going to destroy the Democrats in 2012, just like it did for them in the House in 2010. This time it's the Senate and presidency that will change hands.

The President could actually be better off if Obamacare is repealed quickly. He might be able to blame republicans and try to coast through the 2012 election saying "I tried to reform Healthcare".

Obviously. Since the House has already voted to repeal it, the Senate would have to act next, then off to King Obama. I can't wait for the Supreme Court to get this case. Justice Anthony Kennedy will be the deciding vote on this. It certainly doesn't help Obama when he openly criticized the conservative justices in his State of the Union address in 2009. In addition, Justice Kennedy had said that as long as Obama remains in office, he'll never retire.
Like I said, I can't wait for the high court to get this case. The conservatives on the Supreme Court have a ripe opportunity to destroy the Obama presidency by striking down the health care law!!! This is gonna to be fun to watch!!!
