Once the Supreme Court declares Obamacare unconstitutional, the voters will be even more pissed at Democrats, not just because they rammed an unconstitutional health care law down our throats, but because they also set up a secret $105 Billion dollar slush fund in order to bypass Congress, and allow for Obamacare to be implemented.
