I did them all when I started. If your interested mainly in options trading, then 1,4,10,11,12,13,14,15,17-20. Obviously all the chapters are related to options trading somehow, and I would go through them all, but those are the ones most related to options trading..

Options save my portfolio this week. All traders should be in the options some level, but I highly recommend you don't do anything crazy without at least a couple months of paper trading.

Not a chance.

  • You have no choice but to use stops with futures.
  • You end up getting stopped out a lot and then watch as it rebounds without you.
  • Not very much discussion about futures on EliteTrader.

  • You don't need a stop for options - your debit is your stop.
  • Down 50% one day up 150% the next day - and you are in for the ride.
  • Lots of option posts on EliteTrader.
  • Huge choices of options to pick from.
