i eat meat and my cholesterol is in the 130's. and i'm sure i could kick your skinny lil tofu-eating ass too. :D

here's the holy grail:
1. lift weights
2. if your waistline is growing, you're eating too much. cut back.
3. eat lean protein
4. do some cardio
