Need somewhere to think out loud,

2 Vectors 7 and 14 don't work for me, got to be taking chances and keeping the loss small, not trying to improve my odds so never trading.

Volatility is up, so had to widen the 7's envelopes, 0.02, 0.06 0.10 is required, this will I guess be fluid.

Not feeling it yet!!!
 
Trade +7 damn this market / setup looks thin as thin again, just chop no underlying trend, which is DAX recently, NQ has been much better in the US Session.
 
My Trade day, 2mins after sitting at PC got messed up, but still +32pts today, getting better, 6 trades 1 loser for 6pts, pretty good results.

Not trading at $1 as good as demo, so until very near that, staying on $1, demo lite!!!

I dumped the 14 based stuff tomorrow, can't remember if I said, just 7 bases and wider.

Progressing, along the final bit of the road back to profitable and hopefully making it stick.*

* incoming Bus, Splat, damn it!!
 
Scalping getting easier, 1 more day at $1 ie today, then double it tomorrow, see if I can handle that and double again next week :)

1 trade +10 so far today.

Seemed to have stopped all the big losers, I'm trading the plan FINALLY, seeing and trading with the trend, understanding pretty well, when to play range or trend entry.

Relatively Rich and living near a nice beach somewhere far far far away by the end of next year, looking plausible.
 
Why do I have a mental block on the short side.

NQ just put in a 7same based downtrend, join the DT, Uptrend I'd of joined it, downtrend never see it till after the event, very very strange.

80% of my recent history is long aswell.
 
Thankfully on $1 Training mode not normal $10 :)

Down approx 100pts on the day as I type here, got emotional, started getting opinions and I'm RIGHT rather than going with the flow, averaging down, multiple positions = to slow to adapt, got to stick to 1 only.

Presently long NQ and massively in a hole, saw +25 didn't take it - 42 on this trade.

Trading, Tired and Stupid and MISSED soooo many good plays over the day, kinda revenge trading the loss, due to people hassling me to do shit for them, need less people and CALM!!

Avg 7484 current trade, clear +15 pts in approx 7 seconds, 7500 would put me straight for the day, new lows = SL hit and transfer over $150 later, which is 1 bad normal trade.

Work in progress for sure at times!!
 
Got back to +10 and thought yep thinking = doomed that it would turn up and run 30pts, but noooooo ofcourse not, back in a major hole LOL

Got to get this crap out of my system and soon!!
 
BAD VERY BAD, kinda went back my way, looked like be fine and reversed damn quickly, account is basically worthless here 1 position of 3 left, other 2 margin called LOL

Atleast $1, Back to Demo for a few days until less hassle around I guess.

Plan to change Auto SL to a Fixed amount and if I move it, it moves it back, basically, tough shit don't be stupid.
 
Off out, SL margin level so 7430 area, TP set 7520 so +40. ( enough not to need refill )

Closed positions -104 pts here today LOL I'm either GREAT or AWEFUL nothing in between.

Method 100% fine, I just stopped scalping and started hoping, loads of loads of on trend quick in and out for 10-20pts scalps I should of taken this last hour or so.

Strict Single Position, Strict SL rules, if I move >8pts it snaps back to 8pts.

I may even put logic in for 2nd position detected, CLOSE instantly.

Good to have a bad hour or 2 while in kinda demo :)

Would I have done this and blown $10 account ??? YES most likely!!!
