Envelope 18sma 0.03% Better trend entry area, 18 Long if 18sma upward.
Envelope 18sma 0.06% Still Expected Range, Profit take area and SL.

That's looking Better Live!!! Everything looks easy back testing.

Long Dax 12418, exit +140 broke out of the 6's range so held.

NQ Long, -105 just playing.

30min Walk, account back to 2K and try to take it more seriously!! :)
 
On a day like today, looks easy, no trades yet mind, when it goes wrong.

Adapting to the current market conditions is my main focus here.

So need to quantify different market conditions then have entry and vague exit plan for all.

So far today on DAX we've had....

9am, sideways chop
10:45am, uptrend 18based
11:10am, 6 based travel from high
11:20am 18based downtrend.
12:45pm 6based travel from low
1:00pm , back to 18based uptrend.

So 3 states,. Travelling, chop and trend.

Travelling occurs when likely trend change.

Travelling is where i fail.

Demo dax long 12408, 18 weak to down, see how 6 reacts if travelling against kill it cheap.

Slowing it all down.

Above 6high , trail SL under 6 low or 18 0.03 low.

2nd trade 18 range good entry R:R wise

1st looked like 18 weak uptrend but 6 traveling down.

My live 6 useage sucks.

1st SL hit -100

6 sideways long 3rd 06

Looking bad lol

Demo thankfully, not going back live any time soon from the look of it :(
 
Continuing demo this week maybe into next, withdrawing 80% of account,back to trading $1 per pt then add money and increase if doing well or to top up if errr losing well lol
 
Todays Demo write up.

Started off trading BADLY, then improved and got back to profitable just as per always.

Starting to see the setups, practice, practice, practice I guess, need to crack the always losing to sometimes first trade loses as expected, not taking stupid trades.

Very little time, will fit in around when I can :(
 
Plan looking perfect, bang out some demo trades later 5 being the plan min, very tired, sore thoat, mate having major operation, kids bla bla bla bla, LIFE!!!

Said this before, but really see no need to change method, maybe better with 60ema, maybe not kinda 50/50 on that 1 last 2 hours slightly better without.

LIFE!!!!
