Quick test, PERFECT, well as good as it'll get, try to just make $1000 tomorrow, without the losing it first :)


I was trying to jump on Momo today, which kept running into the Envelope 12 0.07 and reversing and I was holding for breakouts which rarely happen, although got 2 break outs which fixed the account

Just trade this range, with direction, not double size, with a damn SL!!
 
Right optomising for the final cut possibly :)

Setup, 18sma Envelope 18 0.06 and 0.12
Envelope 4sma 0.01 ( fast trigger line!! )

Untested theory ( just about to ), 3 speeds :-

1. FAST, enter near 18sma SL outside 0.06%
2. Moderate, Enter near 0.06% SL near 0.12%
3. Sideways Chop, Enter near 0.12% SL kinda stuck on that, can go some big pts before reversing back, tricky!!

So going to just note down quick results so 1+ is method 1 made profit ( potentially, if entry and exit reasonible ) or 2- ie Lost!!! Make it 1+2 ( 2 being 2x's SL or 1 or 4 )

12sma based!! run again!! Still too slow, missing most of the trades.

Up 240 so far,

Kept the 9sma and env 9 0.06

But mainly playing chop via BB 18 1.2 and 1.8.

Averaging in work a large SL emegency over is quite easy, which was how i was making money last time, chiat think I've cracked not giving so much back, maybe 1.5 avg profit.
 
New setup eureka moment comes to mind, solving the uncertainty principal by allowing enough wiggle room and dropping the illusion of accuracy, yes been here before, but other issues doomed that, ie no SL's holding forever counter trend, which is pretty much solved.

Doubt I'll get to trade before early next year, if so +$800 on the year big whoop LOL.

Damn Xmas to get through, only a week I guess :(

More of a directional range to join, lets fast sim 4th dec dax 9am.

Yes nice, 18 picks direction and range better in fast markets, then use the 6 for entry with and tight SL.

Slow to sideways the BB narrows and becomes more into play.

Give this a shot next week.!
 
New Years Res, SLACK More which does mean beating trading 10x's better, to enable said SLACKING!!!

Method backup, BB 18, Env 18 0.02, 6 sma Env 6sma 0.04

Logic,

Fast, enter with 6 logic / range

Direction, trade with the 18's direction, using Env range mainly but out to BB range in cases if close enough.

Sideways, trade via the BB 18 range, with a large SL and average in!

Test to see if valid, or just mental me, not the market!!
 
No live trades yet, but this looks ideal, less setups, but good odds plays and good R:R.

I vow to stop playing with setups and focus on making money.

Us30 and Nas pulled, too scarey, I’m putting EU and GU back inti the mix though.

Short worked for 20 missed.
Flattening, long 11121 - sl 13, exit 2nd 55 +34 nice.
Join 18 long 43 sl 34, exit 80 for +46 nice.

Cant be arsed, method works, back to demo account, gain confidence and get on it :)

Sneezing fit headache literally.
