Work on MM side while I watch and learn I guess.

Plan is, have enough spare to trade 2 positions at once.
50% of position in at first, with 2 25% positions to go to average in.

Current account value and todays Margin rates being high on GU sadly.

To keep it simple, $6 per pt, then 3 then 3.

SL looking at a fixed 15pts incase I forget call it $100 loss, $160 all in worst ish case. 4.3% tad high but go hard or go home.

Looks promising, so many years on M1 it's defo time to mix it up a tad.
 
Right need to create trades, this isn't scalping 101 any more.

Sadly tad too late waking up, but UJ put in a nice bottom, spiked lower to flush out SL's as is heading higher, If I get the chance I'll join it with the 7's range.

GU 18 direction, still holding it up, but it's slow, doesn't look toppy to reverse yet.

18' kicking in putting pressure on UJ, holding off on long here.

Change of plan, might get a reversal , first 50% position in Long 37.5
 
2nd position 34.3, 18's going flat, tightened SL by 5 to 27.

Better start paying attention to news and working or not, work towards becoming more full time, but with much less time spent trading focourse.

+$70 here, looking good :)

Objective, not to scalp out, ride that trend!!
 
First trade off new method, kinda want a win to kick things off, so profit taken early, but it's +$183 with wayyyy less stress and only using 3/8's my normal margin amount and 4x's my normal profit level :)

Next trade...

EJ and UJ uptrend uptrend, wait for a pull back.

GU looks to be turning down, tricky area !

EU uptrend, pull back join ??
 
That sucked, missed a 100 profit on GU, SL hit but hadnt set up on all positions, manually bailed as it dumped 100pts.

Usdjpy similar, -300 in no time, down on the day :(

2 positions at once is too much, single position only.


Slower maybe to, 10 / 24 based to.

As soon as I take my eye off on M5 charts still doomed!!

Got to stop trading GPBUSD 100pt move, that's $1.2K gone in seconds, CLOSE on that 1, dodged a major bullet.

Slowing method to 9 and 24 slightly wider ranges to.

Only 1 per time and 2, 25% positions, any more and I get lazy SL wise and bad stuff happens.

Should of quit up, should of kept watching and not had to drive somewhere, be up $300 today easy, holding longer would of been worth $400 on trade 1 to.

Day 1 M5, bound to go wrong LOL
 
Turveyd how are you? I hope you are doing well :) I find elite forum very quite these days...so I have been at more acitve forums and find most of people losing money. At least, now I win consistently over 90% in forex lol

Yeah I agree on quite, by as in my title I just like thinking out loud, don't think any one reads, which is also just fine :)

I feel elite forum is more home. People here are more friendly and experienced but you get more passion when there are more people... I guess.
Anyway, I am an academia so I eventually understand how market works.


Are you seeing any blondies lately?
