Suppose I better test that as I've got tomorrow pretty much free to trade this.

No 20 is still too damn fast, it's chopping and I'm getting directional changes, when it should just be going, hey it's sideways it's chop, play the damn range

30sma MAE 30 0.02 0.05 is look sweet as for chop to normal market speeds

My Life sucks, I need a break, i need this to work so I can run the hell away, simple as!!
 
Method is looking very promising from what Ive seen last half hour :)

Risk same but feels more set in stone.
Upside as its slower is much more some good runners over night.

Promising entry wise, just need to adopt letting it run and not over thinking it.

UJ Massive move down, dropped out of spec, could join but no Risk Management so stay out.

Get back in Spec, dead cat bounce as called, back to low MAE perfectly, another DCB for 10pts.

30turns down, then multiple entries, all worth good pts with the direction.

Slapped right against the high 0.05% MAE aswell, stalled and reversed, 30 just turning up so I'd be maybe playing longs here @113.29

Mission Accomplished ( Bush 2005 ) Time to make some $$$'s, well actually Alien film to watch, then pizza, then bike prep for tomorrow then sleep, then huge ride :)

Markets next week!!

Method looking sweet still, but spending too much time zooming out on each chart.

Looking at back to M5 see the over all market better, no zooming and less detail to make me react to.

6sma based, M3 charts would be better, might need 7sma.
 
M5 Dev continuing, today was too choppy, ie same issue as M1 exactly, calling Trend when there is chop.

I'm starting to hate trading, every solution has a issue that's generally unsolveable and makes it back to a break even game if it wasn't for commision / spread then ofcourse losing arrgggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

But I digress...........

Right current theory...........

M5 7sma + MAE 7sma 0.04% ( normal slow trend speed )

18sma + MAE 18sma 0.06% ( Slow / Chop range )

WORKS GREAT in test, but I have to make a decision which I suck at, but atleast it's a slower decision, which might help.

Got to crack holding longer to offset the spread/comm charges, there well keeping me as a BE trader here, so needs must.

USDJPY 19th Apr 9am area.

MM Logic, reducing to 8 positions kinda, 1 25% position, then 2 12.5% positions, enough to trade 2 things at once basically, need to trade smaller.

Uptrend
Long 108.84 based on 18+ , exit 108.925 top 7's range + 8
Long 108.85 - 7 strong break up ?? - Exit 109.05 + 20
7 strong long 108.97 - exit 109.03 +6
18 range Long 108.93 - range failing - 7 strong down - turned 108.92 exit -2 ( damn it, uptrend formed LOL )

Good enough for me, live trial given time / setups tomorrow LOL

Over 18 range uptrend, join 7sma L 113.43 , topping Exit 113.62 +19 NICE!!

Broke down the 7, trust low 18 ?? Support formed L 113.53 50%, tight SL, - turning up, over stayed Exit 68 +15 nice!!

Bored, quick mode and holds up very well :)

GU also very strong :)
 
Just called and sadly only watched a nice down move on UJ.

Too much strength down, was thinking short @113.00 area went +20.

Better than messing around for 3's and 4's and barely making anything after costs.
 
Method UJ atleast is reading as PERFECT from the look of it.

Trading it live will ofcourse be different, full candles always adds to the cheat factor :)

REALLY going to try hard to trade tomorrow, REALLY hard, no chance Friday so want to atleast have some real live $$$'s on the table experience of M5 method SOON!!
 
Defo, live tricky getting used to the low speed of M5 trading, more time to think should suite me mind, smaller lots sizes and bigger SL's should help to.

Could take hours to wait for a good setup LOL

Just missed UJ, 18 top called it nicely, 20pts in no real time :(
