Method still looks ideal, gets me 70% of the way there, simple entry rules, simple exit at loss rule, enough confidence to hold for longer moves, if nothing changes market dynamic wise then sorted.
Getting the hang of when not to trade cause reversal likely to.
Issue currently is work/kid/no money related, I'm that tired and stressed I cant focus in trading at all, the energy to actually dommore than watch, just isnt there.
Coming back to a flooded out house and wet computer didnt help.

ZERO Trades all week, that stressed out about a 19year old step daughter living with me, making my life hell, I've been unable to focus on much.
But offered her, her final chance, " Stop taking my money, clean up around the house and only important lifts if you can't get there any other way " and she blew up cause....
1. Her shop job, is much harder than my IT company, she has to stand up and everything LOL
2. No way is she going to tidy up my house, OMG I don't own her, despite the 50mile round trip to get her to work at 5am, thanks.
So she's gone, stress is gone, feeling much better and her xbox might of been dropped a few times, but might be a coincidence.

As posted on another thread, realisation has hit, it's not the method I use to view the Momo which as at fault, the issue I have is a confidence issue........
When I'm trading confidently, I'm simply more likely to jump on early momo and let it ride.
When I'm not, I'm more likely to wait and see and need justification and more of a pull back to enter with, so basically by the time I enter the trade, the momo's flipped hence my really really bad win rate of recent.
Early adoptation is what's required, simple!!

Many years in, that's still irrelevant really, my trading can vary from Rock Star barely losing, to taking a loss and total Muppet from the confidence hit from 1 losing trade.
I know what's required to make this work, basically balls and confidence to jump right on early momo change, not wait 50pts then try to scalp a few off a retrace which as my trading shows is generally a retrace ofcourse, just when retail get there confidence up then all get slapped to.

Not 1 trade all last week, but trying to get my head around early momo joining to.
Daughter moved out, back with her mom that will reduce stress a lot.
I know what the problem is and the solution, just got to trade it the right way.
Get in early when it looks scarey and I'm sitting on the fence missing big pts, easy he says.
Managed to do itbweek last friday, made great $$$$'s but confidence went over weekend, self doubt crept back in.
Wait and see what this week brings, its beat when I'm making day 500 per day and avg losers is much less than avg profit, until then expect madness lol
