Methods working GREAT, IF I trusted it and jumped in, rather than thinking, this setup will fail ohhh it worked again, I'd be up nicely today.
 
Setup a few orders while walking around the town chilling, sadly too slow or hesitated so no trades yet.

Brain being rewired to the new way of thinking slowly .
 
Trade 1 felt much like last time I traded, forced self to trust range boom sub 1min before +65 :)

Could of held longer but hey profit :)


There is progress progress, got my edge know what to look for , when not to bother :)

There yet hell no, end of next year all being well, this year would be great but yeah .
 
Day trading in the gym suiting me, tad scalpy exit wise, most profits low, 8 trades only 1 loser about - 55, +121 on the day.

Wrong time to trade, not a lot of follow through.

Can you explain the logic of writing about being distracted and not focused and not fast enough to get the trade and then talk about how trading in a gym suits you? Isn't trading in a noisy environment distracting?

No body talks to me in the gym, it's got the fast music pumping away, I've got lyrca clad babes walking around which keeps me awake also from getting bored and doing anything stupid, my phones in the locker.

They proberley think I'm mad, glued to a tablet and talking to it " No don't you go without me ", " No No No wrong way come on ", but hey who cares, sure as hell not me.

Phone calls, clients wanting stuff, kids texting constantly to try to get something and not taking NO for a damn answer and at home I get bored and mind wanders end up playing tanks LOL

LOL, I hear ya about the lycra clad babes. Funny how you take a normal 6 on the street and put her in the gym and she magically transforms into an 8.

Hmmmmm :) Saw Blondie there and had a quick fondle to while giving her a lift home LOL

It'll be a regular thing, that cheap £140 Samsung Tab A 2016 7" is pretty much perfect for the job, not to big to handle, protective case been dropped twice so far, been fine and cheap enough not to lose too much sleep if it dies!! ( screen not also responsive my only gripe, missed 1 trade, I hit button it ignored me and it took off )
