I was doing well 3 trades all profitable, up 70.

But got a loser, didn't kill it as per rules - 130 here, i was long it turned down and well isn't stopping, I'm in hope and if i kill it it'll turn mode.

First day trading in a few same old really :(

6sma envelope 0.04%

It breaks below 6,unless it's strong up then take an up thought sl, take a short near 6sma, sl outside the 6s range.

Look for micro extensions along with the 6s direction.

Move away from chop in short.
 
Maybe time to trade something that is slower so better to hone your skills.

Quicker 5sma based 0.05% range slightly more seems to work.

Cant get simpler or faster i really dont think.

-115 today :( playing range, getting change and SL hit, which also creates a this will fail so cutting profits too soon.


If direction is up, get on long near sma to low envelope, direction is bust when envelope fails.

Simples!

Works the majority of the time, on the 10th, times where it goes +3 and times where it'll cost me -6 I can live with that, times when it goes +50 I can live with that :)

Trusting a pull back, against the 5's trend, and reacting rather than waiting and seeing if it'll drop through, they rarely drop through, so got to take them, let the SL take care of the losers I guess.

Give it a live shot tomorrow, Morale is LOW at this point and miss my kid! :(
 
Just missed a 10pt move, setup worked, but looked like a break down, hesitated.

Dropping to 1/10th lot size, bang some out, study the live trade result.


Running out of trading options here, so better make this work.
