Down 100 today caught a trend change, was down 180 for a bit.
Failing to use this method live, need simpler mid move trend entry so.........
Ditching, going for a 10sma, 10sma envelope so fixed risk and 20 sma H&L simples.
Rules when 10 and 20 going the same way say up, enter near the 10 or towards the low of envelope.
SL is back 10 area dont want to go too tight.
Trend is to changeable, back to jumping on short term momo plan.

You are jumping around like a Mexican jumping bean, use one setting for a month and learn to trade price around the indicators. Everyday is going to show different prices but at least indicators will remain rigid, your brain will see this and more likely direct you to see better signals, but you moving things around each day, you never can get good anything.
Hadn't used that method live really, too busy, market conditions have changed, it's just not what it was.
Actually dumped that method already, gone simpler still.
2 14sma based envelopes, 0.001% and 0.004%, single entity to just momo, jump on, exit when required. ( the 20sma rules worked great on DAX later on, but failed epicly in the am LOL )

Looks good, but Live is the teller, can I trust that downspike in a up move, will reverse most likely and actually place the trade ??
Tried very similar before, being around for the entries as most look good in history, but they spike near the range then reverse to quick to actually be tradeable by me anyways.
Drop to 1/5th size so $1 per pt tomorrow and give it a whirl I guess.

1. it'll break down and hit SL out side of the range.
2. It'll Continue with the trend for a while so I can take profit.
3. it'll chop, still top of the range but range flattening to yep take profit.
On that math I have a 3.1416% chance of making this work LOL

New requirement realization, being, I need a method I can literally open phone/tablet, within a few mins i can be in and most likely in profit, not time or get bored and switch off so.....

Look for momo, so a good strong move, enter with near sma or better, tight SL, 2nd position if it gets better price, exit on Envelope failing. Avoid indecision times.
7 trades only 1 loser, up 200 area, its simple can trade asleep, risks are back controlled auto SL 8, creates enough trades to hold my interest.
Perfect hopefully, losing streak expected lol

Well, did lose the plot, but no more trades, TIRED TIRED TIRED, working all night, working all day, pain in the ass kid and woman TIRED TIRED TIRED!!

Just realised, Chart I'm testing is 14sma based on the PC, all my charts on PC / Tablets and Phone have different settings, Arrggghhhhhhhhhhh!!
I'm going to say I think the 14sma looks better. 8 was changing to early, seeing wrong colour just as trade kicked back in, 11sma is looking better, compromise.
So 11sma envelope 0.01 and 0.05 and that's IT, set that up on all devices LOL

Getting fed up of this game, don't get me wrong I make $$'s at times and was up on last year, but it's not the DREAM, ie flipping $100 per pt and making 10K in a day, no where near!!
The more I go at it, the more I realise, the ability to be consistent is very very thin in deed.

11sma looks a good compromise for most market speeds, times when faster or slower are ofcourse better, but that's the best I currently have after hours of playing around, jump on the 11sma's direction, and hold till change or breaks out the wrong way from the mini range.

50% of the losers are reverses of walls ( of orders ), see 1 draw a line, wait for direction to change then jump on that on a pull back simple.
Ofcourse the other 50% is I'm changing direction SCREW you LOL but hey can't win them all.
Daugher costing me SO FECKING much money, I'm behind on various bills, working too many hours, then client didn't pay me, that cost me interest and returned fees and cant buy a £350 $500 MTB I want to strip for some interesting parts.
LIFE IS SUCKING!!! BIG TIME!!! NEED MARKETS PROFITING REGULAR, then I'm happier to dip into, dipping lowers Lot sizes ofcourse as close to 50:1 margin as is
