And my personal favorite, the Covid Republic of Australia. Never a better example of tEh sCiEnCe and how stupid-ass decisions have done nothing for a country.
So how does their cases per 100,000 compare to Florida? How does their deaths compare to Florida? Please enlighten us.
Note that Australia has a zero-tolerance COVID strategy.

That means the future outcome of coronavirus on the population falls on the choices Americans make over the next few months.
"Behavior is really going to determine if, when and how sustainably the current wave subsides," said Lauren Ancel Meyers, director of the University of Texas COVID-19 Modeling Consortium. "We cannot stop delta in its tracks, but we can change our behavior overnight."
Meyers added that reinforcing mask-wearing, social distancing, isolating when sick and getting vaccinated can make a difference.
"Those things are within our control," Meyers said.

Yeah your links there are a bit tricky... and depends on what you consider to be risks and how you weigh them...
... but we now know its much safer to rely on natural immunity if you already had covid...
And the studies show many more us had Covid than we knew. Could be 2 to 5 times more...

Seeing that there are 38.6 Million proven U.S. Covid cases. And there are an estimated 3 infections for each proven Covid case. It is hardly surprising that the total number of estimated infections and cases in the U.S. total about 130 to 150 million --- or about a third of our U.S. population. I have walked though the math on this multiple times and what it means for "herd immunity" for the U.S. -- I suggest you go back and read one of my posts.

a. You don't need to have detected antibodies to be immune... in fact the easier the infection was for you to fight... the less likely the tests will detect antibodies. (per the studies we have both read.)
Which also means we could have had 3 to maybe 10 times as many people infected by Covid... if grant that 3 times as many had detectable antibodies.

We're not being arrested for not wearing masks. We're allowed outside for longer than an hour for exercise a day. You know, that kinda stuff.
