There is a lot of speculation and conjecture to arrive at the radiative effect of CO2 in those papers. The effect has never been proven and observations say the link is tenable at best. Professor Nasif Nahle is on record as having debunked the theory as it applies to CO2.

There no longer is any serious debate of the non-existence of dangerous, accelerating global warming from human CO2 emissions - literally, from all current climate empirical evidence, it does not exist.
