sounds great but I can't think about a possibility how this oil ETN could invest in Oil without the negative effects of the current contango situation and putting the rest in 3 months thresuries will not help either with zero yield right now.
All investors putting their money into these vehicles will be surprised why their ETN falls 10% while oil is rising 10%.

It does indeed get worse: Lowinsky is perhaps even a little dumber than we thought. Pretty actually believes that a 100% investment in a leveraged S&P 500 ETF is diversification. You can't make this stuff up. We see the result of the fine Centre College education put to practical use.
