I'm betting it was botpro again.

I will tell you what else doesn't add up. First he threatens to put people on his ignore list (as if that will upset anyone), and even though he says he does, he eventually says that he cleared his list. Anyone who actually gets pissed off enough by someone never clears their list, unless the intent is to keep a discussion going. Lets not forget, even arguments still draw views, and what he needs most is views. That part just doesn't add up...
It's possible to make 30% week after week and then lose it all in one day. Since we don't know all the details it's hard to make any assumptions.Questions:
Was the IB result faked? I assume not. Still, how could he be so naive to believe that he can make 30% weekly, week after week? That part just doesn't add up...
Also his goal with the journaling was pretty obvious from day one...

The whole thing just has so many holes.
I think the users have a right to know what is going on given how much time everyone wasted in these threads.
Totally agree... just wasn't sure how it would end.Well, I suppose not a "right", strictly speaking, but it would be nice to, certainly. Especially if he's had multiple names here (as many of us strongly suspect.) Speaking for myself, I admit to having wasted my time in this thread knowingly (i.e. assuming that at some point the forum would have had enough of him and he'd be made to disappear), so I can't really complain about that.
if we have more and more of these types of threads, the quality posters leave
This is my contention. I'm pleased to see someone else making the same point.
It takes only a small number of spammers/trolls to drive away a large number of contributing, respected members. With apologies for sounding "preachy" (if I do), not least because I can't pretend that it's really any of my damn business anyway, I think the reasons that some trading forums are losing members, participation and traffic while others are at the same time gaining them are actually far from "mysterious": one need only examine their moderation policies and the enforcement of them, to understand these issues very clearly. But I have probably (as ever) said enough on this subject.![]()
Think of how many people left because of Marketsurfer's shenanigans.
He's now an et legendWho the hell was this guy? Everybody talks about him, ....one poster actually accused me of being him. (i'm not) Is there a link to his posts? He must have really stirred the pot here.
