As explained further on copyright site, that any computer software is copyrighted. The software can consists of scripts, modules and small programs etc.
I would have gone for option 2.
A script is not a computer program, just an expression of a procedure/process/system.
But my opinion is not the important one. As TradeStation have chosen not to protect their claimed copyright I can only assume they agree.
