I don't think Independent counsels should expand investigations. However, we need to remember that Ken Starr was appointed by AG Janet Reno who was appointed by Clinton whereas Mueller was appointed by deputy AG Rosenstein appointed by Trump. That is a minor point but there are some questionable circumstances, one being that Rosenstein has worked under Mueller before. Secondly though and much more important, is the fact that Ken Starr ASKED and was GRANTED authority from Clinton's DOJ to investigate several other avenues and incidents. That is not what is happening here----rather, any expansion of whatever investigation is going on, is being commenced by Mueller autonomously and that is absolutely disgusting.

Bull shit Buy1Sell2.And Starr going after Clinton's sex life in an investigation over White Water is expanding an investigation far more than Mueller looking into Trumps fiances and business dealings when that is part of what connects Trump to Russia.
