As I recall, the last “statement” from Mueller about Trump was in March when he told Trump’s lawyers that the President was not a “target” in his investigation (whatever that means literally or figuratively).

Throughout the interview, Giuliani made several comparisons to Trump and former President Bill Clinton’s arguments against testifying or being subpoenaed. He also said that he sent Mueller a letter demanding the “Hillary Clinton treatment,” which he said would have given the legal team the full report two weeks in advance of the announcement.
