I don't know what he [cop] perhaps might have done differently, but he did NOT do what the media headlines accused him of. In the slowmo view, he obviously did NOT "slam her to the floor".

Obviously (to most of us), this wasn't a law enforcement issue. It was a kid enamored with her phone. What kid ain't? What adult ain't? If I was the cop, i'd been all smiles (saying to myself wtf??):)

Got to say i agree with Scat on this one, when i was in university and cops had to come break up parties there was always 1 loudmouth who would try to pull hero and lip off the cops, inevitably they would get their ass kicked and go to jail, and i had zero sympathy for them, just as i have zero sympathy for this little brat who refused to comply with the teacher, then the cop twice, then struck the cop, sorry at that point you better believe an asswhipping is coming.

Putting a new spin on an old joke, what do you tell the student with two broken arms? Nothing, shes already been told twice. :D
 
If that was my son...I would have kicked his ass after kicking the cops ass, although that cop would have been very tough to take down. The biggest P**SY there was the teacher. If a cop does that to one of my students I would have stepped in...F**K that.

That being said, I have had multiple run ins with the police when I was younger and I kept shut and complied.
 
Don 't know about the States, but in Western Europe kids are very aware of the fact an adult is not allowed to beat them. Quite often this leads to unacceptable behavior, but there's nothing to can do about it.
