MSM On The Cop In Spring Valley... TOTAL HORSESHIT!!

Then shouldn't your issue be with Scataphagos?

I don't agree with Scat any more than I do Jimmie. My question was for Jimmie and what he thinks is reasonable. Are you Jimmie's advocate now? Or are you just trying to insert yourself into conversations in order to remain relevant?

Was it even a lawful order in your opinion?

I don't think the cop should have been called - but the teacher called him. He works the school. What's he supposed to say? Get your own help?

Regardless of whether an order from a cop is lawful, you should obey it when given. Sort out later whether you think the order was lawful. Fighting back just gets you hurt or killed and THEN the law IS on their side. Unless you're just looking to be a martyr.

You were intentionally (I hope for your sake) being obtuse. You asked JB how many warnings she should have gotten but missed the point of his post:
"Well I gave her two chances then it was WWF time!!"

You seem to exhibit a willful cluelessness. On the plus side, you carry it off better than most.

.
He could have called in the principal, another authority figure she recognizes. Takes more time but what the hell else has he got to do?

Back when I was in public school, teachers were allowed to hit students. If you didn't pay attention or caused issues then you could expect a physical reminder of the expected behavior in the classroom.

I still remember my third grade teacher using a 15 inch wooden ruler on your hands. In high school the teachers or administrators would be happy to drag by your ear or foot down to the principals office if you did not behave.

All the assistant principals in charge of discipline in Jr. High School and High School (and good number of the teachers) were ex-WW2 marines. They did not put up with any nonsense.

And this was also an era in which students freely brought guns and archery equipment to school each day. Our high school had an archery team and a riflery team. Bows and rifles were placed in your student locker until practice time after school. Our high school was located in suburban Long Island not far from the NYC line.

Times have changed. In the old days the teacher would take care of this issue physically. or call a large male teacher or administrator who would have taken care of it physically. If the student was wise they would never cause problems again (ignoring the beating they also got at home). If a student had continually behavioral problems we sent them to a special school (i.e. a jail like facility) that had 1-on-1 attention for problem students.

In the modern era teachers & administrators cannot touch problem students without being sued. The school needs to call a cop to deal with the problem - which is absurd. The only time a cop came inside our high school is when they presented on career day.

Truly sad how public schools have gone downhill in discipline and respect for teachers in the U.S.

He was saying two chances was not enough. So i was asking him how many would be. I really don't see how this is any of your fucking concern, as it wasn't addressed to you (and still isn't).

I agree that there should be more respect for authority in schools. Much more. However, I don't think the solution is bouncing unruly kids off desks, floors and walls by the police.

So you want the cop to call the principal?

You still haven't answered my question on how many times someone should have before the cop forces compliance.
