Moving to Vegas for a year.... tips?

The thing about being a pua is, it's on autopilot... easy to meet ladies, just make eye contact and ask a dumb question, like what club's the best one near here, or do you know where there's a Starbucks nearby (want to get a coffee?)... the hard part is saying no when they want to move in with you... lol.. and tru

Top secret pua tip: if they make eye contact twice, they're interested

The camera pans in thru the Waffle House window and there sits Ken, a little buzzed, but turning on the charm to a buxom Candy wearing a two size too small grease stained polyester dress as he orders the mushroom omelette and a side of hash-browns.

Ken is definitely a Bette Midler kindof guy.

She famously said: "I have standards. They are very, very low but I do have them."

Nothing but the best polyester for Ken's "women."

Seriously, like Trump, Ken Calhoun is clearly a narcissist with an often delusional opinion of himself and his abilities. The way he view woman in his posts is off putting. I am unclear why some on here want to fan boy this absurd character but you are just feeding into his act.

I looked at those just now. The cheap ones are horrible.
That one for $5K near the top of that page, that would probably be the best one. I mean if you're gonna live in a high-rise condo, at least when you buy one, always get a corner unit. Glass on two walls. As these things go, especially if you sign pre-construction, they appreciate a lot faster. If the building appreciates that is. And 8th floor as a minimum level too.

I agree with Van, for the extra money you will be laying pipe up and down that building.
Ken needs one with a balcony though, so I give that place the thumbs-down.

He can go out on the balcony late at night and play some soulful (soft) sax, just loud enough to carry a little, and women far and near will be intrigued by the mystique, the siren song, of the mysterious solo sax-man in the high dollar condo up high softly playing a song like Baker Street or something. He'd really lay pipe if he learned Jungleland.

I did seminars there for years, perfect place to recover from stressful divorce... any tips re condos or areas to live vs avoid (like north strip) within a mile of the strip?

Thinking a 2br high floor with view condo up to 3k/month would be fun. :D
