Moving to Vegas for a year.... tips?

I did seminars there for years, perfect place to recover from stressful divorce... any tips re condos or areas to live vs avoid (like north strip) within a mile of the strip?

Thinking a 2br high floor with view condo up to 3k/month would be fun. :D

What percent of your income is trading vs client services and seminars?

Instead of a condo I think it is better to buy
a nice house in Henderson, Boulder City or
some other quiet suburb, that is close enough
for a quick drive to your conventions, but far
away enough to be peaceful for living.

That way you will have something to offer a
woman besides a bachelor pad, you can also
build equity in case you decide to stay there
longer than a year, or you can keep it and
rent it out for additional income.

Houses are so much better than condos, you
will have more privacy, a garage for your cars,
you can BBQ and have get togethers, and you
can still get maid service every few days if
you aren't into doing housework.

Whatever you decide, I hope things work out
for your happiness, that is all that matters.

1800-2800/month
