Baloney. Bush went after Hussein because he didn't have the balls to go after those who were actually responsible. And by doing so, he could kill two birds with one stone by distracting the people from the terrible job he was doing.

Regardless of whether I agree with their actions or not, it's pretty clear which US political party has "the balls" to make the tough decisions.
