I'd never "give up" unless I was diagnosed with a terminal illness. I have seen people die slowly of cancer and it isn't anything I want to experience.
Shotgun to the head? Pretty selfish if you ask me; some poor slob would have to clean up the mess you make.
I would buy some of that fentanyl from the dark web and a body bag. Shoot it up and go to sleep in the bag. Pretty easy clean up even if nobody finds me for a while.
