why not? once the trade is in, gtc oco.. walk away. im not looking to adjust and tweak with
every oscillation.
i have 13 positions on at the moment, no sweat.
Most of my trading is now 3-7 day swing trades

No sweat, but do they still keep you occupied mentally?
One of the things I always appreciated with day trading is that if I'm flat EOD which I usually am I don't think or worry about the market all. But as soon as I have a position on overnight even if it's a tiny MES with a stop I'm pretty much thinking about the market and my position non-stop.
Same thing the last time I had a multi-week/month swing trade.
yeah, i mean there are always trade offs.
but many small positions is easier mentally than a heavily concentrated day trade.
mostly at any given time about half will be up, half will be down, you just hope the up is more than the down if youre' buying low and shorting high
Have been harping on trends the past couple of days. Some traders do not believe in trends and stockcharts. Now, the rubber meets the road. A lot of stocks are about to have trend reversals. These ignorant traders are about to get slaughtered and still, do not have a clue. Wait for it.
I did the opposite. Same returns with less stress. Frees up my days to enjoy life.
No right or wrong. Ya gotta do what works for you
a bunch of tiny positions (10-30 shares) eod p/l would look like this,
no stops or targets triggered so we'll see.. stress free.
