Obama had the federal reserve holding rates at near zero for eight straight years and printing four trillion dollars of money to prop the usurper up and he still had a rotten economy. And it was all to prevent a recession which would make the first afro president look bad. And propping up the economy was what brought down the deficit. Recessions are what spike deficits.
Now that trump's in office, the fed decides it's time to flatten the curve and reverse qe. Just one more avenue "the resistance" takes. And yet Trump's economy still outperforms the kenyan's.

Obama had the biggest deficits in history and added more debt than all previous presidents and you're trying to twist it all into some kind of achievement. Sad!
Yeah, we know. Since it's Trump, it's bad. Just like his executive orders. Only bad because Trump signed them.
Obama created more debt than all previous presidents and he even had the federal reserve on his team preventing a recession. That's a horrible record. Not an achievement.
